YBhg. Datuk Azrulnizam bin Abdul Aziz has been appointed as the Chairman of PR1MA Corporation Malaysia on 16 March 2023.

YBhg. Datuk Azrulnizam had been a Chief Executive Officer of two International Banks previously. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. A visionary leader with broad expertise managing projects leveraging on cross-cultural teams and building synergy among key stakeholders and competing interests.

Currently, YBhg. Datuk Azrulnizam serves as an Independent Director for MBSB Bank, AmMetlife Takaful and Thriven Global Berhad. On personal capacity, he is the Director of CR FinaCapital Sdn Bhd and Petrowangsa Sdn Bhd. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Business Management, University Teknologi MARA and a Chartered Professional in Islamic Finance.

YBhg. Datuk Azrulnizam was the Chairman of Pelaburan Mara Berhad (2020-2021) and the Group Strategic Financial Advisor of Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (2018-2019). Graduated from University of Hartford, Connecticut USA with MBA in International Business. Subsequently obtained professional certifications from Oxford University United Kingdom and Harvard Business School USA.

YBhg. Datuk Azrulnizam was conferred the title of Darjah Mulia Seri Melaka (DMSM) in year 2012.
