YBhg Datuk Seri Haji Mohd Nazri bin Md. Shariff was appointed as a Member of Corporation (MOC) on 16 January 2019. He is also the Chief Executive Officer beginning 4 May 2020 after holding an Acting position since 16 January 2019. Prior to this appointment, he was the Chief Financial Officer since joining PR1MA on 18 July 2016.

He began his career at Clarke Walker Chartered Accountants in the United Kingdom until 1994. After returning home, he joined commercial and investment banks. He was subsequently appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer and Group Chief Operating Officer at several group of companies listed on Bursa Malaysia. Prior to joining PR1MA, YBhg Datuk Seri Haji Mohd Nazri was the Group Chief Executive Officer of Tradewinds (M) Berhad and Group Chief Financial Officer of Padiberas Nasional Berhad.

YBhg Datuk Seri Haji Mohd Nazri had served on the Board of Directors in several companies including Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), subsidiaries of Padiberas Nasional Berhad, Central Sugars Refinery Sdn Bhd, Gula Padang Terap Sdn Bhd, Tradewinds Plantation Berhad and its subsidiaries including MARDEC Berhad and subsidiaries operating in various countries in Southeast Asia. Currently, YBhg Datuk Seri Haji Mohd Nazri is the Adjunct Professor at Business and Economics Faculty, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS).

With over 30 years of experience in various corporate sectors, YBhg Datuk Seri Haji Mohd Nazri is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), United Kingdom.
